How can I order?
First, find the article of your choice by searching through the menus 'Brands' or ‘Categories’ on the left. Select your article while making sure to choose the right size, colour and quantity. Click on ‘Add to shopping cart’ and you will see the articles in your shopping cart, which you can still modify. You can then continue to shop. Once you have finished ordering, you go back to your shopping cart and click ‘next’. Fill out the necessary data to register your order. When you click ‘next’ again you will see an overview of your order and data. You can click on the back button if you need to make some changes. Otherwise click ‘check out’. Then choose whether you want to pay via your PayPal account if you have one, otherwise choose pay with credit card. Fill in the necessary information and submit. You will then see an order summary and receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Only the articles available and in stock can be ordered. However, and without any guarantee, Zazou.eu will always try and contact its suppliers for very sought-after articles (size and colour). Please contact us for further information.
- Delivery
- How does delivery work?
Your order is delivered by TNT Post from The Netherlands and then by the local post office. The average term of delivery is 3 to 6 workdays for Europe and 4 to 10 workdays outside Europe, depending on the destination. The above-mentioned is indicative. Your order will be delivered to the address you have given as delivery address on your order form. In case you are absent, delivery will be done according to the normal procedure of the local post office.

- How much does delivery cost?
When ordering, we strongly advise you to choose the shipping option "registered", since this is the only way to track your order in case of loss by the postal services.The exact amount of shipping costs will be mentioned in your order form, depending on the weight of the order.

- How can I pay?
Credit card or PayPal
At Zazou.eu you can securely pay with a Euro/Master card and VISA credit card, or via a PayPal account. All payments go through PayPal in order to guarantee you secure purchases. Payments are done by SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer).
iDEAL
If you have a Dutch bank account you can pay via iDEAL, which is a secure payment as well.Bank transfer (overschrijving)
The possibility exists to pay via a (international) bank transfer. For a bank transfer proceed as follows: Place your order and write in the message field on the order form: 'payment by bank transfer' or 'overschrijving'. Proceed to check out. Choose either PayPal or iDEAL and proceed as far as possible without actually paying. We will receive your order and will send you an email with instructions.
- Can I pay in another currency than the euro?
All prices are indicated in euros. However, even if your country does not use the euro, you can still order. Your bank will convert the amounts automatically. You can calculate the amount with our converter.
Please note that the exchange rate changes every day. The bank will calculate the exact amount according to the exchange rates on the day of purchase.

- Returning or exchanging an article
- How can I return or exchange an article?
You have a period of 14 days as of the day you have received the package to return an article that is unsuitable. Send it to the following address:

Before returning any articles, please inform us by e-mail. Do not forget to mention your order number. We will explain how to proceed.
Your article will be exchanged according to availability or reimbursed via your credit card association. The cost of return and reshipping are at your expense, except if the article does not correspond to your original order.
It is not possible to return products that were made to measure and/or on your request.

- Have your maternity gifts, anniversary gifts or gifts for any other occasion delivered almost anywhere in the world! If you choose the gift option when ordering, we will manually remove price tags and will gladly gift wrap your order. If you want, you can add a personal message. By the way, this service is free!
- Care instructions
- How to clean Zazou's products?
As a rule of thumb, most of the clothes we sell at Zazou.eu can be washed in the laundry machine at 30º C. The product description will mention any exceptions to this rule. We recommend always washing and ironing your clothes inside out, especially if they have any prints on the fabric. We also recommend not putting the clothing in the dryer. The dryer causes your clothes to shrink a little and sometimes the colours will fade faster. To best keep their shape and size, just hang them out to dry.
Ninacity Scrap skirts:
Scrap products should not be washed! Dirty? Clean with a soft brush and a damp, soft cloth. Clean suede with a special suede-brush. A scrubby dishwashing sponge will also do! We advise you to spray the leather/suede before use. Skirts come with a maintenance manual.
